K20A2 trans repair

Gotta ask my old friends for suggestions. Need a used trans put back together with possible upgrades, plus the case is cracked (portion where the mounting studs are broke off). Second gear looks like it should be thrown away. Not looking for anything crazy. Motor will remain N/A, maybe headwork down the road, nothing major. What do you guys think? Who do you recommend?

Product Review: eBay 92-95 Civic Cat-Back exhaust

Well, my daily driver needs a new exhaust (hole w/ a nice exhaust leak somewhere), and instead of getting an OEM mid-pipe, I decided to look into a eBay special stainless steel cat-back exhaust. First and foremost, the price is very hard to beat. The one I got was $129.99 shipped. I'm pretty sure you cannot find a cheaper cat-back, brand new anywhere else, regardless of what metal it is constructed of.

I just received it this afternoon, and being that I just got home from work, I was only able to open the box and make sure I have all the parts. I did take a peek at the muffler section, and I must say, the welds look pretty good. China is really getting better with quality control. I will take some pics of the exhaust, as well as during the installation. I'm very curious to see just how well this thing will fit. It is a 3 piece system, so hopefully everything matches up.

I plan to do the install on Sunday, my only day off this week. I'll have pics up that night.
